Client Appointment Guidelines
To ensure every client receives the best possible service and experience, please follow the guidelines below when booking and attending your appointment.
Booking & Deposits
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system

A non-refundable deposit (30–50%) is required to secure your slot.

Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed and may be cancelled.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full service fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with adequate notice.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.
Hair Preparation
To achieve the best results:
- Please arrive with clean, product-free hair.
- Ensure hair is fully detangled before your appointment
- Failure to follow prep guidelines may result in

Service Time & Add-ons
Service times are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and condition.
If you require additional services (e.g., style, repairs, treatments), please book them in advance.
Payments
Remaining balances must be paid on the day of your appointment.
We accept card and contactless payments.
Content & Consent
• Photos and videos may be taken for portfolio and social media purposes.
• Please inform us beforehand if you do not wish to be recorded.
Guests & Children
Due to limited space, no extra guests or children unless being serviced.
