Crown Confidence D’Locs Surgery Ltd is a professional hair care and locs styling business operating in the United Kingdom.
We provide salon-based services, home visit services, and retail products related to dreadlock care, styling, and maintenance.

2. Services
2.1 Booking
All service appointments must be booked in advance via our website booking system or by contacting us directly. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
2.2 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and forms part of the total service fee.
2.3 Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a charge beyond any deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date.
2.4 Home Visit Services
Home visits are subject to travel fees and geographic availability. You are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and suitable environment for the service to be carried out. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a home visit service if we consider the environment unsafe.
2.5 Results
We will use our professional expertise to achieve the desired result discussed at consultation. However, due to the nature of hair care, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for all clients, as results may vary based on hair type, condition, and history.
3. Products
Products purchased through our online shop are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy set out separately. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Full payment for products is required at the time of purchase.
- Service fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking (deposit plus balance on the day, or full payment upfront).
- We accept payment via the methods listed on our website and at point of service.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

- Any allergic reactions arising from products or treatments where you have not disclosed known allergies or sensitivities prior to service.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during a service.
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or products.
7. Health & Safety
You are responsible for informing us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if we reasonably believe it may cause harm to you or our staff.
8. Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who behaves in a manner that is abusive, discriminatory, or threatening to our staff or other clients.
